1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us — including your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and payment information when you place an order, book a service, register for an account, use our support chat, or contact us. Our website also receives technical information needed to serve pages securely, such as your IP address and browser type. With your consent only, we collect information about how you use the website — pages visited, products viewed, referring URLs and similar usage data — through analytics and advertising tools (see section 5).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to process your orders and payments, send order confirmations and tracking updates, respond to your enquiries and service requests, provide support through our chat assistant, send marketing communications (with your consent), improve our website and products, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties except as described in this policy. We share information with service providers who help us run our website and business, including: PayU (payment processing); delivery companies; our hosting and email provider (Hostinger); Meta's WhatsApp Business platform (order and service notifications); Anthropic (the AI model that powers our support chat — chat messages you send are processed to generate replies); and, only if you allow it, Google, Microsoft and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement. Some of these providers process data outside India.

4. Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through PayU, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full card details on our servers. All sensitive information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to run the website — for example to keep you signed in, keep your cart, complete checkout and remember your cookie choices. Optional cookies for analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), advertising measurement (Meta Pixel) and embedded media (YouTube, Google Maps) are used only if you allow them through our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the website footer. Our Cookie Policy lists each cookie, its purpose, provider and retention period, and explains how consent is stored and withdrawn.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Order data is retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Support-chat sessions not linked to an account are retained for 90 days. 7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access a summary of your personal data, correct, complete or update it, request its erasure, withdraw consent you have given (withdrawal does not affect processing done before it), nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, and raise a grievance with us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is available for such complaints.
