HIMAJAL DELTA
Up to 60% Water Recovery*
An RO purifier engineered so that more of the water entering it comes out as purified drinking water, and less goes down the drain.
Water-saving RO, standard model

The Hidden Cost of RO Purification
Reverse osmosis is one of the most effective ways to purify drinking water, but by design it cannot turn all of the incoming water into drinking water.
Two streams, not one
An RO membrane holds back dissolved salts and impurities. Those have to be flushed away, so every RO purifier splits the incoming water into purified water and a concentrated reject stream.
Output and wastewater are linked
For the same amount of water entering the purifier, the more that comes out as purified water, the less goes down the drain, and the reverse.
It adds up at home
A household purifier runs every day. Over months, the reject stream becomes a real volume of water, which matters most in homes that depend on borewells, tankers or a limited municipal supply.
Ask about recovery before you buy
When comparing purifiers, ask for the water-recovery figure and the conditions it was measured under, and weigh it alongside purification needs, maintenance and running cost.
More of Every Litre Reaches Your Glass
DELTA follows the same basic path as any RO purifier. What sets it apart is how the water is shared out at the end: it is engineered so that up to 60% of the incoming water leaves as purified water.
Step 1
Incoming water
Water from your tap, borewell or tank enters the purifier.
Step 2
RO purification
Water is pushed through the RO membrane, which lets water pass and holds back dissolved salts and impurities.
Step 3 · Output
Purified water
The water that passes through the membrane goes to storage and your dispenser. With DELTA, up to 60% of the incoming water.*
Step 3 · Concentrate
Reject water
The rest carries the held-back impurities away to the drain. Higher recovery means a smaller share ends up here.
Water recovery = purified water out ÷ incoming water in
At 60% recovery, for every 10 litres entering the purifier
*Water recovery is the share of incoming water delivered as purified water. Actual recovery depends on inlet-water quality (TDS), water pressure, temperature, membrane condition and operating conditions, so it varies between installations.

Frequently Asked Questions
Recovery is the share of the water entering the purifier that comes out as purified water. At 60% recovery, for every 10 litres that enter, about 6 litres come out as purified water and the rest leaves through the reject line. DELTA is engineered to reach up to 60% under suitable operating conditions.
