Delivered by Amazon on time and called up Himajal customer care for installation. The installation guy came within a day and very professionally installed the product and explained all the features. I generally dont give a review but I was impressed with this product and the customer service provided by Himajal.
I would give this product 10 out of 5 if I could. Perfect water purifier for any family which doesn't wish to have extra science in their RO. No water wastage; extremely useful for households struggling with water scarcity. Quick filtration and equally good outflow
Installation for the unit was done within 48 hours. Looks like this has been outsourced to a 3rd party vendor. Anyways, it was done perfectly, no complaints there. There's not much to demonstrate as the operation is as simple as can get. Just switch on the power supply and the unit does the rest. The tank capacity is 10 litres and as advertised, the water wastage is only about 1 litre for every litre filled in tank.

Got it delivered in time by Amazon and installation completed within 24 hours of time after follow up with customer care. Installation is done in a perfect manner maintaining basic covid precautions.
It's a new model with Alkaline Purifier low water wastage technology. Uses very less power. Purification rate is very high, 20+ltr per hour. As commented above by other user, totally agree - no extra science in your water purifier.
